A day of conversations for Coober Pedy
Coober Pedy Together’s Adelaide visit concluded with a meeting with Premier Peter Malinauskas. The delegation discussed recognising Coober Pedy as the Hub of Far North SA and bringing the town’s priorities together in one plan.
The final day also included conversations with Emily Bourke about Far North tourism, Michael Brown about policing, and Lucy Hood about education opportunities for children, young people and adults.
CPT met BHP South Australia to discuss working together, and property developers about more than 40 new housing spaces for essential workers. The delegation also attended question time in the upper house.
