Two ways to support CPT
CPT’s published membership page offers two categories. The summary below follows its policy approved on 19 August 2025.
Supporter
No fee
For individuals, groups, businesses and relevant stakeholders who support CPT’s vision and purpose.
Financial Supporter
Financial contribution
The 2025 policy specifies a minimum annual donation of $100. Confirm the current amount and arrangements with CPT before paying.
Participation and responsibilities
The policy describes community meeting participation, practical volunteering, updates, suggesting priorities and voting at general or special meetings for both categories, subject to the constitution.
Financial Supporters are also offered recognition, help to engage with CPT’s activities and opportunities for collaborative discussions. Read the policy for the complete benefits and conditions.
Members agree to support the association’s purpose and rules. Membership is reviewed annually. The constitution sets out renewal, termination and appeal provisions.
How nomination works
- Read the membership policy and constitution.
- Use the appropriate nomination form on CPT’s existing membership page. The policy calls for a proposer and a seconder who are existing members, applicant details and agreement to support CPT’s purpose.
- The Facilitation Group considers the nomination. Submitting a form does not make you an approved member.
